Thames Building Supplies Ltd – Returns & Refunds Policy

Last updated: 09/01/2026

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Thames Building Supplies Ltd (“Thames”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
This Policy applies to purchases made in-branch, by phone/email, and online (where applicable). It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and any product/manufacturer warranty terms.

  • Please contact us first so we can confirm whether your item is eligible and advise the quickest way to return it.

  • Some goods cannot be returned (see Section 6). Turning up with a soggy bag of cement and a sad story will not improve your chances.
